Our wool is 100% traceable to our croft sheep. We are 5th generation crofters on this land. We have North Country Cheviot hill sheep – about 700. Some Texel and Zwartbles X too. We are very connected – we are there when the lamb is born; we shear ourselves – and we sort every fleece by hand. Every sheep and fleece is handled by us. Shorn/skirted then sent to a wool mill/weaver.
